Payment

Affordability should be the last thing on your mind when making sure your pet is healthy.

At the Animal Hospital of Maple Valley, we believe that everyone should have access to affordable, top-quality care for their pets. We offer competitive pricing for our excellent veterinary services.

We have Trupanion Express™ – so you can submit your invoice immediately and only pay 10%. Insurance will send us the remainder.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 425-432-2999. We operate primarily by appointment to ensure timely and efficient care for all patients.

 

Q: What should I bring to my pet’s appointment?

Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, and a completed Welcome Form. Ensure your pet is on a secure leash or in a carrier.

 

Q: What is your late or no-show policy?

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a $45 fee will apply. We also charge a $45 fee for cancellations without at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit, and cash. Please note we do not accept American Express, Discover, or checks.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Currently, we do not offer payment plans. Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Q: Do you accept pet insurance?

We work directly with Trupanion Express™, allowing you to pay only 10% at checkout, with Trupanion covering the remainder. For other insurance providers, you’ll need to pay upfront and seek reimbursement from your insurer.

 

Q: How can I request prescription refills?

Please call or text us at 425-432-2999 to request new prescriptions or refills. Allow up to 2 business days for approval.

 

Q: Do you have an online pharmacy?

Yes, our online pharmacy is available at animalhousewa.vetsfirstchoice.com. We can also provide written prescriptions for other pharmacies upon request.

Q: What is your vaccination policy?

Rabies vaccination is legally required for both dogs and cats. If you choose not to vaccinate, you’ll need to sign an Against Medical Advice (AMA) form.
