This is my 2nd favorite place in the world. I think they are a little confused and think I'm a celebrity. Everytime I go in I'm treated like a famous person! I have to go in a lot right now, but it's ok, they are so nice and working so hard to help me! Plus I like all the nice people who love on me. They are the best!!!!! We have had a couple of emergencies over the last year and they have fit us in each time to get our pups seen ASAP. They genuinely care, even if they are booked up, they still make an effort to fit us in as soon as possible. It is so appreciated! Dr Lorde is amazing!! I had a really great experience at this clinic. Dr. Ashley was able to fit us in for a same-day appointment for my cat, and we were seen and treated quickly, which I really appreciated. One thing that stood out right away was how thoughtful the clinic is set up—they have completely separate entrances for cats and dogs. That made a huge difference in keeping my cat calm and stress-free. The staff was kind, efficient, and clearly cares about the animals they’re treating. Everything felt organized and smooth from start to finish. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Lord and the staff of Animal Hospital of Maple Valley! We brought our 12 year old beloved German Shepard in an emergency. Our hearts were heavy as we knew something was not right. I truly believe the Lord guided us to the right place at the right time. After an initial exam, we were heart broken to find out Hera had an infection that could be terminal. BUT GOD had different plans for our girl. Amazing people/vets that work here. They are honest, they answer all questions without any issues. They don’t over charge you. It’s clean and you can truly tell the employees care about all the pets that come in. This place is 10/10 I’d give more stars if I could. I’ve been bringing all my pets here for the past 8 years. I’ve gotten my husband’s family to bring their pets here. Anyone that’s looking for a new vet check out animal hospital of maple valley. This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and we first started coming here when one of our cats was sick. We were actually patient at another vet clinic and our cat was very sick and they couldn’t get her in for weeks, so we called around and the Animal Hospital of Maple Valley got our cat in the same day.  Our cat was super sick and had to be put down and they were so amazing about that. They sent us a card afterwards and our cats ashes and paw print. So when our dog got cancer they were just as great—we had many calls from the doctors explaining everything and we decided that until our dogs quality of life was affected we would just take it day by day. The cancer progressed quickkly and our dog had a huge tumor that grew so fast and, again, they got us in right away and handled everything in a loving manner. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. We are so grateful to them.
